I believe that abortion of an unborn child is a private matter between a woman, a man, their medical practitioners, and their God. NO ONE ELSE.
Therefore the state should not interfere in these relationships and decisions. More plainly stated the state has no business interfering in this ethical, religious and medical decision. And that means the state must make no laws prohibiting a medical process like abortion. If they can make no law prohibiting abortion, there is no need for a law allowing abortion.

Montana AG and Governor have put up every possible obstacle to keep CI-128 off the ballot. The State Supreme Court has held the AG to state law and the issue should be on the ballot In November to enshrine the right in the State constitution.
