Head bolts for the LT engine left side "driver side" the one with the black Allen bolt 👉

Chevy LT solid lifters "make sure you look up it fits your chevy LS LT engine"👉

This one here is my go-to head set gasket kit "all you need to re install the heads" works for me on tahoe,silverado, suburban!!👉

AFM DOD lifter with spring acDelco 👉

My go-to favorite powerful impact gun cheaper nd better than milwaukee 👉

double side ratchet wrench

impact better than snapon and cheap

hello im installing a new head on my 2.7 647 sprinter 2005. i noticed that some of the new lifters are different in regards that some you can squeeze some of them but others are hard to squeeze. should i install them like that???. thanks Mario.

Hey Ed, what about the fuel sprocket, it has a dimple, is that important to timing?

Great video. I used your vid with a couple others to replace the cylinder head. But after putting everything back together, the engine had a hard time starting. And once it did, it was running very ruff, started having a clinking sound. The cylinder head was brand new. Any idea on what it could be? New valves. There’s some things that im trying to figure out if they were the cause:
1. When we were setting the engine to TDC while taking apart we cranked the engine in the opposite direction at least one of the times. Found out later that we’re not supposed to do that.
2. The injectors were outside for a month or so, it rained and parts on the shaft got rusty. Maybe the nozzles are blocked?
3. The timing mark, the TDC and the hole on the sprocket was slightly off. A little bit of the hole. But the marks on the shaft aligned.
4. The intermediate gear wasn’t aligned in anyway. But you mentioned not to worry about that one. I didn’t find anything about aligning it either. So I don’t think that is causing the issue.

Any help is appreciated

Hi i have the 2.2 cdi, i have just had head off and replaced it .i could not lock timing when i took head off as there was foreighn object stuck in one of the bores, any way item removed and head put back i have tried to alighn timing chain with top dead center however i can not see any marks on the crank pulley so i am having trouble getting the chain in the right position especially when tensioner is not yet set .will i have to remove crank pulley to see where the woodruff key is ?

What r the torque spec's for a Sprinter Engine starting with the mains, rods, heads, cams, plus any other. Parts. Ok I'll appreciate your help. Thanks.

Good basic video man. Could you show the timming marks for a 6.0L ford. The cam and crank alignment in a video as well. Only found one that was from a shade tree guy. Thanks.

I am Taking one of These apart right now. The balancer will not come off I don't have the tool to lock the flexplate what would you recommend.
