It's already a green screen. You don't need to do a precise mask with the finger. Just do a general one for the whole phone then replace the green screen.

So many mistakes in one video. Have you seen the source of footage you replaced? It's circular, you got the aspect ratio totally wrong. 2nd, why roto greenscreen? You just create a garbage mask and work with later on...
