Dirbas Mohammad, an Iraqi patient, contracted TB in August 2013. In August 2015 he came to Annoor Sanatorium, a small Christian medical facility in Jordan that offers tuberculosis and chest disease treatment to TB patients from countries in the Middle Eastern region.
With support from IOM, the Global Fund and the National TB Programmes in Iraq and Jordan, Dirbas made a full recovery.
