Merguez Sausage
Ingredients:
- [ ] 2 lbs ground beef
- [ ] 1/2 lbs lamb fat
- [ ] 10 minced garlic cloves
- [ ] 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- [ ] 1 tsp chili flakes
- [ ] 2 tsp sweet paprika
- [ ] 1/2 tsp black pepper
- [ ] 1 tsp salt
- [ ] 2 tbsp oil
- [ ] 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- [ ] 1/4 tsp cumin

Directions:

Mix all ingredients, keep mixture cold.
This also works as a kebab or a patty. Easier to work with wet hands:)

Sauce is 2 tbsp. tahini, 2 tbsp. Water + 1 tsp sweet mustard 😎
