“I Don’t Know Who I Am” #why

It’s completely okay to not know exactly who you are—especially if you haven’t had enough life experiences yet to form a clear picture. Identity isn’t something we’re born with fully figured out; it’s something we discover through trial, error, reflection, and growth.

If you haven’t faced certain challenges, explored different environments, or had the chance to express yourself freely, it makes sense that you might feel unsure. That doesn’t mean you’re lost—it just means you’re still collecting the evidence. Give yourself permission to be a work in progress. Clarity often comes not from thinking harder, but from living more.

Please talk about medical omerta, which is when doctors refuse to blow the whistle on negligent doctors, or refuse to make a diagnosis which may get a negligent doctor in trouble. Doctors close ranks on patients who have been hurt by doctors. Theres an old saying "Doctors hang together, nurses hang themselves".
