its simple they got put offsale cause of the whole crate thing koenigsegg probably didnt care if they got fully removed but now as driving empire is getting more licenses and more popular devs probably didnt want to risk legal issues by the car being in the game in the future so they got removed why so late probably cause DE wasnt such a big game back then with licensed cars.

i think if driving empire wanted to bring koenisgegg as licenced brand they would do a saperste update on it and not make it a part of haloween update
