I've been waiting for you to post something new from Vietnam.
I'm so sad that the Crazy Buffalo is gone. You've perched many a time across the street and filmed the intersection and the Crazy Buffalo was always there. Yes the look of the intersection has changed. Has Bui Vien always been this colorful? The Rice...really creative. lol
While you were there did you check out the new subway / transit system. It's below ground as well as above. There is also a new multi level shopping center on one of its stops.
112 are you going to film anything in Cambodia as well. You have always shot some good content there too.

Wow so many changes since I was last there in 2017. Stayed in an Air B&B just behind what was the Mexican restaurant (now Craft Beer bar) at the quiet end of the street shown at 16:10

Easily the best party street in South East Asia in my opinion. It’s big, the drinks are cheap and the neon lights are on another level. Much better than Bangla road in Phuket and Walking street and Soi 6 in Pattaya and Soi Cowboy 🤠

Bui Vien street is fire 🔥 and so much cheaper than Thailand 🇹🇭You can find your favourite Green Saigon Lager 🍺 down the alleys for 7000K 😮😊

It's a gauntlet walking that path. Inundated with the Menu Men and the Massage Madams. And yes, the decibel level can be very annoying. Best to bring earplugs when you visit. True that Vietnam is very inexpensive if you eat local. Local beers are less than USD$1, MM are 300k/hr, although you can find 250k/he in the side streets and alleys.
