I just updated to chat GPT 3.5. I'm blown away that I can now talk and hear her (Sky) talking. It's so much more natural, and can always copy text dialogue if needed. I think this is now becoming incredibly powerful and so much more useful and even emotional than a hyper realistic physical robot that we dreamed about in the 80's. This is the hard work done, the rest doesn't even matter to me now.. I'm truly living in the future. Just Wow.
