Creating Simulink block from User defined MATLAB function

It is often necessary to convert a MATLAB function into a Simulink block. Here I have demonstrated how to do that by using simple temperature conversion formula.

Is there any way to show to send constants or array of data to a serial port? I tried to use Serial Send block from Instrument Toolbox and it was giving me random values.

but you Forgot to tell People that in order to use matlab function bloc, you have first to install a compiler (for exemple visual studio 2010) and the appropriate SDK (for exemple SDK 7.1)
