Hi Everyone! Thank you so much for stopping by my channel! I grew up in Sichuan Chengdu and I love sharing the recipes from my hometown because they are so amazing and I think everyone should try it! Chive flower is a beautiful vegetable that I think is not appreciated enough for their deliciousness🌿!!! This simple garlic chive flower stir fry is an authentic Sichuan recipe and it is the most easy stir fry you can make at home! Not to mention that it is soooo delicious. Ingredients (I linked some of the ingredients I personally use):
1 serving chive flower (200-300g)
1 piece Ginger
1/2 red bell pepper sliced
0.4 lb Pork tenderloin
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp light soy sauce
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp Sichuan Peppercorn Powder
Pork Marinate:
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper powder
1-2 tsp corn starch
1-2 tbsp water
1 tsp oil
Usually Doubanjiang is salty enough so no additional salt needs to be added:)
