Why not call them SL16H and SL34H for the height of the tape, as opposed to the number of sleeves per sheet?
MrNukKKT
I bought two A5 sized binders full of very similar sheets, but A5 sized, one with SMD caps and the other with SMD resistors. Very handy way of keeping SMD components safe and readily available.

NICE! I was literally using a ruler and a soldering iron to melt pockets into plastic sheet holders trying to make this exact thing!
I gave up.

Need a version for loose parts (trading-card style). My fingers wouldn't be able to reach the end of the sleeves.
As hobbyist, we often have even smaller numbers, no longer on tapes or tubes.
Otherwise, a really good idea/product. Definitely would be interested!

Have you considered a pocket grid pattern for non-tape components?
bergamt
I'd love to see something similar for through hole stuff...

Nice! Definitely keeping this in mind as my SMD parts collection grows :)

I like that it will take tubes as well as strips.
I have masses of tubes, usually with only three or four different ICs in them and they rub together and the labelling on the tube rubs off.
Ideal for small numbers/short tubes and great filing system.

In the 90's was instructed to lap over a bag to keep esd from following the mobious strip route into the bag.
gov't and avionics training.
Van de Graff generators demo'd it.
Maybe a esd tassle to drop over the page before closing.
Of course chips in tubes is ok.

This is a brilliant idea! Definitely something I'll need to keep in mind if/when I need it.
calyodelphi
That's a good idea. That would be handy to have ESD safe sleeves for storing parts in.
The sleeves in the sample books on ebay are not ESD safe, so I only use them to store my resistors and capacitors.

I wonder if Ben Heckendorn will buy some of these? He loves your stuff, judging by how often he quotes you.

A simple solution to a simple need... Awesome!

Dissipative ring binders are expensive? Sounds like an opportunity

Will a short tube of DIPs fit in the 7-slot sheet? I suspect they won't, because they'll shorten and stress the sheet. The sheets for an ideal DIP tube solution would have vertical slots.

Nice product 🙂 I would like to see more products from you

Can you get ESD symbols printed to them?
ELJORGE
....and they are sold out. I would have liked to support this as a kickstarter.

Would also be good to use for pulled ram modules. Though one might need larger pockets for those with heat sinks.
