My Grandmother made these. We all called them Slippery Pickles. When she passed away her recipe got lost. Thank you so much, now I can make them too!

My Mother-in-law used to make these every year, she has since passed on and I had never learned to make them. So thanks for the receipe, I will have to try and make some this summer.

Thanks for the video. I was wondering if after you sterilized your funnel and put it on your countertop-is that ok? I've heard countertops have a lot if bacteria on them and vinegar or bleach or ammonia needs to be wiped on them and left for a certain length of time to kill the germs. Thank you!

I seriously can't eat just one pickle from a jar of pickles. Most pickles are way too salty for me to eat that many. lol. My favorite pickle is the fresh Kosher deli pickles. I like the garlic taste of them.

Well, watermelon is in the cucumber family which is what all pickles are.
