Can yall in the comments chill? In USA terms and the western world yes she is considered too young for a tattoo... but this is a traditional tribal tattoo which is apart of their culture. Theres no real harmful consequences from such a small tattoo. This is normal in their culture

Lol traditionally and historically it would be a right of passage or coming of age ritual to get marked. At least for girls becoming women when they got their 1st period, that’s when they would get their ancestral markings done at the age of 13 or younger, depending on when their menstruation starts.
