I am following your steps for creating AKS. When I try to create, it throws this error saying

Message: Operation could not be completed as it results in exceeding approved Total Regional Cores quota. Additional details - Deployment Model: Resource Manager, Location: eastus, Current Limit: 4, Current Usage: 0, Additional Required: 8, (Minimum) New Limit Required: 8. Submit a request for Quota increase.

I am not able to submit request for Quote Increase as my subscription is free trail. Can you please help me approach?
