That's very very good option, he's young n consistency in keeping touch with the global football dynamics through Dotmond is a blessing to Ghana. He's too young b a national coach if the doors are still open for him to explore European teams.

Respectfully A full time coach will be ideal for the BlackStars since there’s so much work to be done on our Team before the World Cup! Otto Addo’s idea of combining both Dortmund and Blackstars could disturb us becos I remember how he missed the recent Nations cup becos of his role with Dortmund.. Respectfully I think 🤔 the GFA must insist and negotiate on a full time coach becos the job is daunting one! The head coach must be on the job fully ..assistance could do part time but a Head coach must be a full time role

I don't think Nketiah is better than Afena-Gyan or vice versa. Both players posses different technical abilities which could be beneficial to Ghana. Remember Felix was played out of position during the double header against Nigeria and still delivered both are great prospects for us.
