You know what? The Bird poop with a smile design coming back looking like this and a lot more unnerving playing a sort of "doppelganger" role for the Ink Demon would be sick. It would appeal to both old fans and new.

I could definitely see Alpha Bendy working in the final game tbh.
Imagine this: The Ink Demon starts as Alpha Bendy only for Chapter 1. As time goes on through the other chapters, the ink demon's design changes and grows overtime into how we see him in chapter 4 and onwards. He'd be using the ink around him to build himself a new body and feasting on anything he comes in contact with. This would fit well with how he looks the way he does in BATDR. It's said that overtime the ink demon's body began to grow and change into the more devil like form we see him as. It would almost make sense that he eats to gain more of his form, since we saw him eating a lost one in the elevator in BATDR.
This is purely just my idea at the end of the day.
