Everyone can thank these new neighborhood builders. I know where I'm at across from the neighborhood that's been here since God's creation they literally built the new neighborhood up 5 ft taller so all the water drains to our neighborhood. With all this new construction they are literally building homes in swamps to begin with and bet your bottom dollar they are going bare minimum on everything. No place for water to go or to be soaked up.

3 times since 2017? State legislature should focus on limiting voting rights and not fix the infrastructure. Oh wait, nvm. How's that grid now? Will it be ready? smh. My condolences to those affected. Flooding sucks.

If you live in Houston, this is pretty much normal. Though this never happens to me because I live in a higher slope than most houses and apartments around here.

I was getting concerned because the rain wouldn't just stop and the water was rising a little I had to drive on the left 2 lanes all day but man I'm not ready for hurricane season.
