A Minnesota family had to say goodbye this week to their beloved dog after they say she was injured during an Amazon delivery. In Katrina Frank’s Wright County home, love means a lick to the face or a paw five to the hand. But despite the presence of her dogs Benny and Butters, Frank’s house feels emptier this week.

An Amazon delivery driver was mauled to death by 2 dogs oct 22. Drivers on edge. Owners be aware. Keep your dogs behind a fence.

So a rotwiller just let's a stranger walk on to the property and doesn't go into protection mode at any extent?! Um yeah o.k. I got a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn.

Amazon should stop sending deliveries to any household that has a threating dog. The post office does this. They will ban you from your mail. Amazon should do the same.

Should had never let your 3 dogs run up to the driver. Learn to keep your dog at bay.

13 days ago Amazon driver mauled to death by 2 dogs. Maybe he just wasn’t taken a risk. If u own that much land and your ordering “to the door” it’s ur fault nice or not if ur expecting a package your responsible for your animals. Just because you don’t live in city don’t mean ur animas should be free to roam ur house, streets, or land just cause they’ll return. Be grateful for the 5k

why are all 3 dogs loose outside, going up to the delivery driver? they should be locked in the house. how is the driver supposed to know your rottweiler is friendly smh

It's always someone else's fault when these nasty dogs attack people. I'm really getting sick of these news stations covering for these nasty dogs.

Wtf you leave your dog outside when you know a delivery is coming? An Amazon delivery driver was killed during delivery.

All could have been prevented by keeping your dog behind a fence.

Your dogs should NEVER be out running around greeting delivery drivers. I carry bear spray and a tazer. I used them 5 times in 2 years of driving. We protect ourselves as we should. Not everyone wants to be greeted by your dogs.

I worked in transportation and the amount of times drivers get chase or bitten by “friendly” dogs is alarming. The owner should have warnings about her unleash dogs or have a secure place for delivery guys to drop packages and mail. Clearly, the owner is at fault.

There’s more to this story. If the owner saw everything and didn’t do something to intervene when the passenger started screaming much less when the driver started attacking the dog, then there’s some missing information.

An Amazon driver was found mauled to death less than 2 weeks ago by 2 dogs. Owners didn't even report it til next day. Dogs were put down, owners not even facing charges. 1 human life for 2 dogs life. Seems fair right? Just a amazon driver. Can get another for $15/month. Pathetic people.

People act out of instincts. As an Amazon driver I will not stand any dog running to me. I will not kill it, but I will act to protect myself first. As a shopper too, it should be your responsibility to leash your pet wherever you're expecting a delivery. What's so hard in that? Your pet has never seen me.. it will definitely act to protect its home( by keeping me away). Do not assume your friendly mastiff will be friendly to anyone.. color being a big factor too

Sorry but it is way more plausible that your dog attacked the amazon worker. So you want us to believe that someone screaming for no reason, then some just comes and kicks the dog in the stomach, then follows the dog punching it, then starts throwing rocks at the dog? Yeah not buying it.

It seemed that she put her own pet at risk, if you arevexpecting a package put your dog up

"Driver came early." No. You never bothered to even check when the driver was coming. Every delivery is marked. And you're told when the delivery is set out, few deliveries away, and then delivery. Given like 5 notifications by the time delivery actually gets there.

A lot of times, when I'm delivering, owners will unleash their dog. As if they need protection from me. It's super annoying. As if I was there to rob them or hurt them and somehow their dog is protection or deterrence. I'm working to make a dollar honestly. And it's super freaking annoying when a dog is barking in your face.
