Update : my father who was one of the victims is 65 years old. He was the second victim. He got a stick out from the back of the car to scare the dog away from the first victim. The first victim was severely wounded. My father whos arm got bit quite significantly with a large chunk of his arm muscle bitten off ( muscle meat between the deltoid and bicep 10cm in length) has fully recovered. I thank all those individuals that helped my father when he was being attacked. There were several bypasses who took their bike helmets off to hit the dog to let my fathers arm go.

Edit : when the dog attacked the first victim. She casually walked away immediately to avoid any form of responsibility and suggests from her body language 1. She was incompetent in managing the dog. 2. This wasn't the first time the dog had done something like this.

Breeding those dogs is now banned in the UK to my knowledge. There have been so many deadly attacks by them.

I hate those dogs. They are not pets. Two of them killed a 6 year old in my neighborhood 10 years ago. They also mauled a little girl who was the boy's classmate, she survived.

Wish they would arrest dog owners in the US that allow their dogs to do stuff like this. There was a case in I think (Wisconsin?) that 4 rottweilers had torn a person to bits and was eating her corpse. The dog owners faced no charges but the dogs were shot as they attacked the police. Apperantly there had been constant calls about those dogs being a problem for years and the owners faced ZERO charges. Even when the cops determined that the owners treatment of the dogs constituted animal abuse.

I was on my morning walk when this happened. My legs and arms were badly bruised. The lady was unapologetic and made me as the bad one..😢
