I dont know why im watching this vid lol as i learnt how to do it today before watching any vids. My coach told me to go for a front handspring on vault as she thought i was ready and she said the worst thing u can do is chicken out so go for it and believe in yourself, once u do it, it is the funniest thing ever and not scary anymore. Its just getting the first one out the way, with mine i just have to get it neater now xx. Keep strong arms and run really fast to the vault and dont slow down when u get close to the spring board. Hope my experience will help you xxx

So I have to do a front handspring over the table this competition season and all of a sudden about two months ago my hurdle was too long corresponding with the tape line and my heels hit the edge of the springboard and I acquired this huge fear of vault. I've only gone the table four times since then. My first meets in November.. I used to be pretty good at vault but ever since then it's gone down hill.
