It is solidified "noise" that reflects like liquified light, so yeah basically a string of sound that is so strong it becomes visible, but once visible it stays visible and can be torn back to static but it will always reform after that point if not with trauma or if another shard of light/sound "eats" a bit of that static before it can reform, whatever is recorded in that static becomes imprinted on that new form and become one perspective.
