Going to try this to catch some speckled trout and some redfish

I regularly pull all of my loose Trout Magnets out of their bags/cases to reorient them 😂 Definitely going to try these Roos for some stocked trout ASAP.

Wow, Victor, what a nice review of the new Roo lure. Great color selection and very nice match on the jig heads.

They look pretty cool. Oddly enough, I can see them as a good way for a dad to get their kid into fishing!

I just got a big order today. Can’t wait to try them out.

I have some but haven't had the chance to try them out yet. I mostly fish ponds that have a ton of small bass so these I think will be great for juvenile bass like you said. I hope they come out with some more colors. The original kit came with black back and chartreuse belly which is a color that always works good for me but I did not see that they offered that color in the individual 10 packs, I did get some of the Mardi Gras ones which I know will also work well. I would like to see a Bison color since that's the color that I get the most bites with in the trout & crappie magnets.

I insert a glow in the dark bead in the belly to fish for night works pretty well

You can probably straighten those tails by dipping them in hot water for a few seconds and then laying them out straight.
I'd like to try a bigger version of those for flounder in the Chesapeake Bay.
Berkley Gulp has a strong scent and it gets bitten more than any other lures I know of in the saltwater. And adding ProCure or Dr Juice scents to unscented baits makes a huge difference in the saltwater. I like the niblet idea. It gives me ideas.

Looks like a good bass lure 🐟👍 that would compete with a zman trd ned rig

I wonder if by putting the hole in the back of the lure, if there is a swirl of water that happens just behind the belly. So that as you pull the lure through the water this swirl of water would disperse the scent better. Just thinking about the dynamics of water.

Yeah, those are cool. You probably did a better commercial for their product than they did.

Interesting lure, but it might be more work than it's worth. We need an experiment. How many more fish will you catch inserting the scent ball into this lure than just fishing this lure without the scent ball? I think that number will be negligible.

Good first look video. Very detailed close ups! If you want to see them in action with a 1/16 oz. #2 Mustad Hook on a Crappie Magnet Eyehole jig, check out Pistol Creek Panfishing's latest video. As far as that packaging goes, I love it for keeping the tails of lures straight. I have a whole tackle bag full of those types of cases. Mule Fishing uses them and even Bobby Garland on some of their newer smaller minnow imitation plastics.

Can't lie I've been eyeing these baits for some time now just because of its uniqueness but I kinda disagree with you on it being too big for the crappie bro. I think a 9in crappie would inhale this bait down to its A-hole😏 and anything bigger well🤷🏾🎣. Nice detailed breakdown on everything but I wish they made my favorite color which is "Percy" perfect shad imitation. Oh and I'm gonna need you to try those Slab Magnets for crappie. They really weed out those smaller ones.

Those are for sure not a good bluegill lure. I fished these before they came out on the market and while bluegill will hit at them the hook up rate was just not good. Good
