Pro tip if you use one of these. Periodically, put some calendula essential oil in the steamer with the water. Let it boil for at least ten minutes, (do I need to say not to get in during this?) and wipe down the interior. The antifungal and antibacterial properties of the oil will keep your sauna from getting funky.

What's the temperature in there? This isn't a dry sauna, how was the breathing and how do you clean it?

Your parent’s basic finance advice was actually rock solid and better than most American kids get today.

How to clean it after you have had a sauna

People. No one ever said it was a dry sauna and if you’d read about this product then you’d know it’s a wet sauna! They have “wet saunas as well as dry saunas, ” #dumbarse. This is a ‘wet’ sauna, know the differences. Dry saunas operate at around +/-200° and use HEAT to produce steam, while wet saunas operate between 100°-130° and use WATER to produce steam. So they are NOT called STEAM saunas, but just “Saunas.” #M0r0n
