Our factory clutch has finally given up the great Soviet ghost! In this episode we take you through the process of upgrading the clutch in our #IVAN2104 project car and get the 1991 Lada 2104 (Signet Wagon) back on the road!

I still can't believe how good of a job you guys are doing. Everytime something needs doing you don't just replace the parts you seriously upgrade them. I'm convinced that once you guys are done this will be THE BEST Lada in North America. The other upgrade that really peaked my interest was changing the timing chain slider to the roller sprocket setup. That was a really clever upgrade.

is there any US part number for the flywheel i can used to replace mine?
