This is an arrangement between BJP and AIADMK. BJP was convinced about winning more seats if AIADMK is contesting alone and after winning will give support to BJP if need arises. This is a strategy to get the trust of Tamilnadu people by not aligning with BJP ( BJP negative image is the reason).
