Greetings fellow paganpals! Bellarosa here for Day 7 of our 10 Day Spiritual Cleansing Journey and we are making Tea Infusions today. If you want to get more out of your tea than just a great flavor, then tea infusions are where it’s at! So many benefits can be extracted from a tea infusion. Red Clover is one of the most likable tea infusions, but there are so much more out there! Be sure to check out the website listed below to learn more! Let’s get started! Here’s what you’ll need:
A 1-quart mason jar with a screw band
1 spoon – for mixing and measuring
1 butter knife- for prying your lid open after steeping
Dried Red Clover Blossoms- 2 cups/ 1 ounce by weight
Dried Peppermint Leaf – 1 spoonful/ 1 teaspoon
1 small sieve
1 Tea Kettle
