Rules to Attractive Hand Communication

Speed and tempo of speaking and hand gestures should match

Hand communication zone should remain in the hand talking bubble: chest, waist, shoulders, and inside your personal space.

Your fingers shouldn’t be stiff and robotic. Stay loose and limber.

Make sure you hand movements are casual, and fluid — not fast and jerky.

Always wear a watch — it draws attention to your hand gestures.

Draw Attention to Your Hand Gestures

Make sure you’re always wearing a watch to draw attention to the fact that you are making these attractive gestures. Also, take your watch game to the next level with a super sexy MVMT watch. Most Attractive {and Unattractive} Hand Gestures

Single fist hand pump — signifies encouragement

Finger pointing — be careful with this one because it can look accusatory or scolding. Use it to say they’re awesome to be positive.

Single hand clap — it signifies power and strength. It can also wake up people, have them pay attention to you, and you are the man.

The teepee — signifies that someone knows what they’re talking about (aka expert)

The U — it goes outside the bubble, but it brings them in, let’s them know they’re special, and that they’re valued.

Angled hands, fingers open (but not spread), palms somewhat up — signifies being open and honest. Palms totally up with fingers spread wide signifies pleading and begging.

Upside down hand is not attractive because it’s demeaning saying you are dominate.

Kung Fu — you look stiff and robotic rather than warm and friendly.

Great advice. I have noticed when I’m talking to someone who’s well established in business and wealthy, they seem to acknowledge my body language. I will catch them glancing at my gestures and they sometimes will nod or grin in support. Very cool feeling

Another bad hand gesture. Don’t give someone the middle finger😂

I like combining the fist to palm with a 1 2 3 finger count.

Really drives home the importance of each point.

Also, always make your points in a 1 2 3.

1. We gotta do this.
2. We gotta do this other thing.
3. We gotta do this other things as well.

Like alliteration it makes your point more memorable.

Alpha M. How do I put this without asking for pity? Well I guess I'll start with a Thank you. Honestly I have no clue if you will see this, but again thank you. I'll say it, you've changed my life. For the better I might add throughout high school I struggled with image issues and confidence problems, I hated the way I looked, and the way I acted around other guys and even women. Let's face it everyone here watching your videos is here for the same reason. To get better, I watch all of your videos, and take your recommendations seriously. My Junior hear of high school I hit the gym, I got a new haircut and started to take a more positive look on life. Your videos always start with a compliment to the viewer and whether you know it or not it makes a difference. I'm 21 now and I'm fit, I enjoy the friends I have and through your help I have better relationships. I got over an obsessive porn addiction and found better outlits like Jujitsu and Cars. I got certified as an auto mechanic and haven't been happier ever in my life. Thank you so much for making these videos and changing my view of myself, because I AM important and I am cool. Now all I need is a Spicy Senorita!

Good call Alpha!💪

This is a really helpful video! The way you use your hands when you're talking can either completely devalue whatever you're trying to get across or enforce it to 200%.

This is really something to pay attention to guys! I study teaching and in the beginning this was very difficult for me to master. It's so important when you need to speak to a large group of people, and even when it's just a small group of friends. But now that I've improved in talking with my hands I can see an ocean of change.
