Hello Freider, Ive been dealing with Tinnitus since Eustachian Tube Dysfunction since last November and after numerous Audiologists and ENTs appoinment I was on good recovery journey. However In July I had a horrible Spike due to Hedge Trimmer and my Tinnitus spiked and been suffering with screechy and higher volume Tinnitus. Now my left Ear is flutter and Right is re-starting again and giving me ear fullness. How do I get back on to the Path of recovery before this Spike! I miss having my old life back and not living in a Prison in my head the last 6-7 weeks!
Great content and Channel in helping us to get back to living a normal life again. Cheers from the UK!
