Hi just to answer some of the questions. Whenever the emergency button is pressed, soldiers come to the aid of guards. In this instance no one came, I assumed the emergency button did not work. So I waved at the armed police to call them and they came instantly. The armed police were standing at a different location at the time so they could not see what was going on.

That has to be the most controlled expression of anger when pushing a button I have ever seen. The guard was clearly upset. The way he says 'Stay away from my horse, I'm asking you nicely' demonstrated it even more. He was about ready to go Royal Marine on that guy.

After working in retail and seeing this sort of behaviour on the regular my faith in the general public has never been lower. Respect to these guys for dealing with these morons on the daily.
