I watched and enjoyed this full video but as a cook and as a knife maker, that knife is the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen. It looks like a Serbian chef’s knife that was cheaply mass-produced with a milled pattern and acid etch to make it look like it was forged. That hole in the blade is doing nothing for control, and for ~$30, there is no way that it’ll hold an edge.
