May all my thoughts, words and actions contribute in some way to the happiness of all beings. This is a prayer each one of us can practice every day. It reminds us that our relationships with all beings and things should be mutually beneficial if we ourselves desire happiness and liberation from suffering.

MANTRA + MEANING

~ Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu ~

lokah: location, realm, all universes existing now
samastah: all beings sharing that same location
sukhino: centered in happiness and joy, free from suffering
bhav: the divine mood or state of unified existence
antu: may it be so, it must be so (antu used as an ending here transforms this mantra into a powerful pledge)

The first time I meditated to this particular mantra, I cried and knew that this mantra was me without knowing the meaning. Immediately afterwards I looked up the meaning and got a huge God shot and chills came over my whole body! For my birthday soon after I got the mantra tattooed in Sanskrit on my forearm and try to live the mantra! So Beautiful! Love to all! NAMASTE!

How can we be angry or nevous with somebody if we See that we were once same? If there is just one consciousness we are all one. Some are more far others still have more journey.
