Elon is a genius and a humanitarian. Seems to be a nice person. But he did not accept Jesus as his Savior because he is an agnostic. He is a guest on this show and did not want to be rude to his hosts.

To those of you who this is not obvious, Elon is non-theistic. He does not believe there is a god as defined by any religion. We have known this about him for a while and as you can very clearly see here, Elon very politely said, "NO".

Spinoza believed in a pantheistic god, which is not the God of the Bible.
And here, Elon sees Jesus as only a great moral teacher, on par with other historical figures like Buddha, Confucius, Plato etc.
He doesn't see him as the Son of God, the only name under heaven by which we must be saved.
We should pray for his salvation.

He even knows the main teachings of Jesus, conversion is a process, even Jesus said "I did not come to save the righteous, but the sinners". I think it's wrong to judge him because of his faith as I said it is a process, rather we should help anyone seeking God to increase their faith.

That was absolutely horrendous and I hope those three guys are completely embarrassed about how they presented Christ there. They made Christ into a joke, which Elon already believes.

Wow! The fact that he's a multi-billionaire athiest and still respects Jesus's teachings, gives value to His principles, and does not object to Jesus "saving people" (in essence bringing them to faith in Him) is so commendable, unlike many athiests today that vehemently trash Jesus and his teachings and oppose people converting to Christianity, I respect Elon for that.
