Just Grinded 6 months to get my first 50k funded with them... 2 Days into the live account this happens. Rough is an understatement but to anyone else in the same position just remember how hard they tried to make u fail and u still won lol. Stick to ur Strat and let the snowball roll 😴💸

I must say, pretty disgusting behaviour and definitely would scare off some people willing to give prop firms a try. A bit like the 'gurus' you see on ads all over social media, these are the worst of the worst in the industry and don't represent responsible prop firms or practices. Thanks for your input and explaination on this Arty. I appreciate and watch every video/short you put out.

Arty you definitely right. Something different, One of the things I have been noticing, is, people are getting better and better with trading. The disclaimers used to say 95 % of retail investors lose money and now it says 72 %, I wonder if Brokers would continue being brokers if it reaches 50 %

I'm a student working a side job for some money, I saved up money and bought a funded account.
I just started my funded account and was so excited to actually put my hard work of demo trading into the real market and finally make money with it. A week later I'm up 6 in the morning doing my setups and getting ready for college, I see my setup going into play so I try enter a trade and nothing happens. I go to the page and see this bullshit.
It really does suck but at the end of the day it is what it is and I cant cry over it cos noone gonna come give me my refund back. So rather get back onto the grind and get a new account from another ferm.

Feel for the people who got stuck in this mess.. but this might actually do some good in the long run.. No doubt prop firms are a game changer for traders with low capital.. I trade with one myself.. But this crackdown on MFF will prompt other firms to take notice.. I was going to buy a 50k challenge with MFF last week ( Tuesday to be exact ) but for some reason I was put off and just wanted to focus on the funded account I already had.. Man what a call!

Wait... So people didn't know that most of prop firms dont actually give you real money to trade with, even when you have a live account? I thought this was common knowledge.

When you have a "live" account, you actually still trade a demo account, but you get paid your profits, from people buying challenges. In some cases, the prop firm actually copies the trades of traders who are consistently profitable. Other than that, there's no real trading going on.

Been burning through about 10 small accounts with them before passing the 100k funded challenge earlier this year.

Started trading in June 22 and consider every failed account a stepping stone. The lessons I've learned from my mistakes will one day pay off massively. I have no doubt because I'm not giving up.

Moving on and forward is my life's motto. So onwards and upwards we all go.

Who says they are officially closed? Their court hearing was on 11 September in USA and another in Canada. Their accounts are frozen until the outcome - how can they be officially closed until the outcome of the hearing?
