So I read the commissioner has the sole right to investigate and make remedies for disputes between teams and organizations. Why wouldn’t this be done? Maybe seen as a nothing burger? Or files anyone can get with a subscription? Who’s payroll was he on when he sent files from company emails to another’s email? Why wouldn’t one stop it or not acknowledged it until the day after their employee is off the payroll? Was anything done while on Raptors payroll? Is your security that bad you didn’t know? Sounds like nonsense! But maybe one wanted to try to throw a internal to the NBA nothing burger to the outside world as leverage to extort something later (like OG/draft picks) that you couldn’t get otherwise; thats a realistic conclusion. Isn’t international extortion a bigger crime? How about defamation of an apposition team or coach? Is that a lawsuit? Why wouldn’t the commissioner handle this internally? Again because it’s a nothing burger?

Now that it’s been thrown to the outside world maybe it’s best left for the FBI to investigate rather than the commissioner. International extortion is serious 🧐 😂.
