​You are right, what I can say is, because you are a mandolin maker, but at the same time you can play good the mandolin that is a plus, because you can understand more about the sound, what many mandolin makers and violin makers are not able to do .If that is a your mandolin to me appear to be a really good mandolin .Congratulations

I don't give lessons through You Tube, but I can suggest you to go to a good mandolin teacher, so you can get some advice to improve I am not saying you don't play good, simply you can paly better .
