Growing up as a Nigerian, in school we were taught about how the country used to be ruled by Military dictators and how democratic rule is so much better. Now, I'm 18 years old, and I see our "democratic" government having sham elections and doing everything I was told the military used to do and even much more. Nigeria is a dictatorship with a democratic face. The only difference between the "democratic" rule and the military one is that the tyrants subsituted Camouflage with Agbadas. I feel like one of the horses in animal farm staring at the pigs
