I know a guy who is what we call filthy rich. He give much to the poor. Helps people in need when he sees it, even on the personal level. Helps the community he lives in, and then some, with financial backing and funding. Tips the waitress freaky generously. Pays his fair share of taxes. All this plus much more.
Would you say he is a good rich man? I would, but he gets demonized anyway because he’s rich and some aren’t.
That guy is Jesse Duplantis.
How come people can be rich, but not a minister? Maybe more Christians should be rich and able to bless others. You can’t bless if you’re too poor to give anything away. If it is wrong for ministers and Christians and generally good people to be wealthy, who would have all the wealth? The wicked, that’s who. When the wicked prosper then wicked causes get funded, then eventually our society shows wickedness. Look around you right now. See the fruits of that?
