'Central govt silent & no arrests made. I'm ashamed,' says DCW chief Swati Maliwal on Manipur video

Speaking about a video from Manipur that surfaced from Manipur, Delhi Commission For Women chief Swati Maliwal said, 'I'm unable to sleep after watching the video....The incident happened two and a half months ago but no arrests have been made. I'm ashamed that no one has been arrested. Central government is silent, and the PM has not made a single statement. I'm writing today to the Manipur CM and PM Modi to end the violence in Manipur and take action against the accused and police officials.'
