In that particular instance, the crowd was booing the enemy team for saving their guns a lot of the rounds instead of trying to win the round. Donk was booing too to encourage the crowd and to taunt the enemy team.

We need this at esports events. When the players are hyped and when they are hyping up the crowd the crowd wants to be there more. It is an event because of the personalities not solely the plays making.
