Thank you so much, man! I just bought the camera and I don't know anything about it. I was having difficulty doing a simple function like that of exporting the photo from the camera to the computer. I looked for several channel tutorials here in Brazil. But nobody explained it. Such a simple video about something so silly that you can't imagine how much it could be helping. Right now I'm planning to clean out my X4. I was kinda worried on how the files would be transferred but apparently they are special insta360 extensions that you transfer? Brilliant.

do i need the app to view the video that i transfered on my pc because i can't install the app ?

Mine won’t connect on windows.
Edit: figured it out! I was trying to connect to my pc the same way via usb type A-C, and it wouldn’t show up on my laptop but it was charging my camera. So after trying a few different solutions I switched to a different cable and it works. Funny thing is I think it’s the cable that came with the camera that’s not working, and it’s a cheap gas station cable that is working. 😂

the videos on the mobile app was taking soooo much of my gb on my iphone! i was looking for seomthing like this i could save them on the cloud! that helped me a lot! thanks! now ill just have to understand if im able to edit them oon the phone too once i put it on my cloud hahhaah but at least i dont have to delete the 360 files forever! i can only delete from the app but save it on the computer! so helpfull

How do you play the videos on the windows device?

I can not see the thumbnails on mac for insv or insp files, i have installed the insta360 codec but still showing only symbols. Is there any ways to fix this by settinngs on mac?
