Let's review Khloe Kardashian's denim brand - Good American!

I was keen to try these expensive jeans to see if they were really worth the money, or if they were a scam. I tried on a few pairs, from low-rise to everyone's favourite high waisted jeans, to see which of the styles suits me best.

And my soup brain also took like 10 minutes to work out "Good American" in a brand and you weren't just testing American-made jeans that were highly rated.

As a millennial, it makes me laugh that those jeans are considered 'low rise' these days. The last time I bought jeans was when super low rise skinny jeans were popular. Now I have no time for my legs to be that uncomfortable.

I think the first pair would have been great on you in a 4, I think they would have fit. Also not for $330. But at the price you paid, had they fit, they would have been a keep imo

I can’t do high rise jeans. I’m short waisted and that style just doesn’t do it for me. Mid rise works great for me. They are also way more comfortable. Good to know they have different styles and fits that may work for me.

I have always disliked high rise pants, even as a teen in 90’s when mom jeans were all you could get 😑. I disliked how my wider hips and very narrow waist always caused the pants to have a huge gap in the back 😑 High rise never had my hip/waist right, ever. Now, I also really do not like the feeling of pants that go up past my belly button 😝 It feels like when I sit the pants really presses into my stomach 🤷‍♀️ So yeah, low rise to mid rise for this girl ever since the early noughties! 😂 Free the belly! 😂

I've only gotten into high rise a few years ago. I didn't like it for the longest time because they would always be too tight on the stomach. And if I sized up, it would be too loose everywhere else. I now do have some jeans and pants in high rise that fit well, but I still regularly run into this problem. that problem just doesn't exist with midrise.

The low rise definitely looks the best on you and it makes your torso look a lot longer than high rise.

I feel like you could find similar cuts at a cheaper price point. Also those low rise ones gave me Vietnam flashbacks to my teens in the 2000s.

The low rise pair looks amazing on you! Definitely my favorite even though I’m not much of a low rise girlie because they’re not comfortable to me

I personally hate high-rise jeans, I always look for low-rise. Unfortunately, they are not easy to find anymore.

I have the same problem with the waist gapping at the back and I have a similar body shape! I was wondering whether you have any particular brands or even specific jeans from those brands that you recommend. I feel like my butt is flattened by everything I try haha

I'm not sure if you have access to Abercrombie and Fitch in AUS but they have a Curve line with the same waist but larger hip measurements. IE if you're a US2/26 waist but it's too tight in the hips you can buy a 2 Curve and it's like 2" larger in the hips so NO WAIST GAP

The last Jean's looked amazing on you. I also tried mid rise and found I like them way more then high waist, I have sticky out rib cage so high waisted always cut into my ribs and use to make my stomach swell up. So tried mid rise and it fixed that problem.
