I dialled in my dimensional accuracy with slight adjustments to the horizontal expansion until a similar print fitted correctly, however, I still have tolerance issues when trying to get parts I design to fit correctly, I'm looking forward to the video!

Hay un error de concepto con las tolerancias.
Una barra de 7mm NO entra en un agujero de 7mm al más mínimo fallo de mecanizado o incluso diferencia de dilatación de los materiales a no ser con una prensa.
Por eso se ponen tolerancias directamente en el diseño. Un claro ejemplo son las roscas haz un corte en sección de tornillo y tuerca del mismo paso en fusion y verás claramente el juego.
