This song is actually pretty relevant commentary about the state of kpop groups recently, with all of the separating and solo careers happening with both big and iconic and smaller groups.
BgA has taken it upon themselves to make a statement about this and the importance of teamwork and perseverance, as well as showing how they are willing to take a stand themselves by evening out line distribution (which many groups still have some trouble with) and Jeungri, arguably the most biased member, declining a contract that would require dropping the rest of the group.
This song is frankly a very important and huge statement in the kpop community, and hopefully it will be a successful comeback following their explosive debut. Many groups and their companies could stand to learn a thing or two from this rookie group.

Jun Sung Ahn (Jeungri): The innocent guy who only speaks Korean
Justin Chon (J-Lite): the savage but still cares for the members
Ryan Higa (R.O.P) : The responsible leader who likes to have fun with the members- The fluent english speaker
David Choi (Daeyang): kind to all the members and song writes
Phillip Wang (P-Dragon): wants to be the leader and argues with Ryan a lot- can be savage sometimes
