Gluten-Free Gravy:
Ingredients:
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup cornstarch
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
•1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, whisk broth, butter, cornstarch, salt, and pepper over medium heat.
2. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously for 5 minutes until thickened.
3. Serve warm.
Twice-Baked Thanksgiving Potatoes:
Ingredients:
• 4 baked potatoes, halved
• Leftover turkey, chopped
• Leftover veggies
• Leftover stuffing
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• Optional: Cheese, cranberry sauce
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Scoop out potato centers, leaving a border.
3. Mix potato filling with turkey, veggies, stuffing, and butter.
4. Fill potato boats, top with cheese, and bake for 10-15 minutes.
5. Add cranberry sauce on top, if desired.
Gluten-Free Apple Pie:
Ingredients:
• Crust: 2 cups gluten-free flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 sticks cold butter, 2 eggs, ice-cold water
• Filling: 5 apples, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp apple pie spice, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions:
1. Crust: Pulse flour, sugar, and butter in a food processor. Add eggs and ice water until dough forms. Chill.
2. Filling: Mix apples, sugar, spice, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
3. Roll dough, fill pie dish with apple mixture, and add crust on top.
4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45-50 minutes until golden.
