I would love to see a full build video on this truck. Fully upgrading everything. Turning it into the absolute ultimate basher

Good one Tomely. That's awesome. So many people complain about the Granite rolling over all the time. This seems like a great upgrade. Thanks for including the part numbers. 👍👍

Did you ever tune the suspension? Ive done this to my big rock with v1 kraton 4s arms, used same zd shocks, and I put 3000 cst oil in. Perfect 👌

Nice build. I used the arms off of my wide big rock. Not as wide but noticeably wider with better handling than out of the box. Great channel! Great content! 🫡

It close to a notorious V1 4s. The Arrma mega/3s platform can be transformed into any style with a mix of components. I’ve been doing this since I got into the hobby about 5 years ago. What a flash back thank you for sharing 😄🍻

That modification is absolutely worth it for the smiles and fun! Keep dialing in the suspension and travel then bash away. I was smiling the whole time you drove it. Now remember, you can take turns much faster now so a race may need to be in a future video.
I'm still using the 4S V1 drive shafts. Maybe that is why I don't have the rubbing you do?
Replacing the 3S parts that usually fail with stronger 4S parts makes the modification a good one. I use mine 5 days a week. With regular preventative maintenance it just keeps going. The poor thing regularly hits hidden stumps, wash out ruts, and bricks hidden in grass. I drive it up street curbs at an angle a lot too. The truck keeps on going.
Yes, I do get paid to do this. It's nice to get away from the desk, go outside and drive the R/C truck. You get to clear your head and come back into the office in a better frame of mind.

I was disappointed with the way the Granite always rolls over, unlike the big rock. Another great video ‼️ 👍👍🤘🤘🦾🦾

This is exactly what my Arrma Krayon is (Typhon Mega Hybrid) I would just need full offset wheels.
Definitely makes for good stability👌

Again, great video looks badass. The skate park edit was spot on with music in the background, and you can hear the wide beast. Like when you can here the RC with the music.

I hope the win
Have a good week

Great truck, nice build. Just to be clear, those measurements on your purple table mat are centimeters, not millimeters 😊. Keep up the great vids!

I love the way Arrma parts are interchangeable. That's a great feature.

That's awesome Phil, love my granite, probably my most used rc next to my capra. Mine also has wide arms but not as extreme as yours, lol. Great video, thanks for sharing. John

That morphydite is sick! I want one. It looks like a flying squirrel in the air all spread out. Great idea and awesome vid

I think your onto something here. She stays nicely planted . What a fun little rig.

This is a fun project and you created a truck that will be difficult to roll over on sharp turns. That is a big plus when you're by yourself. Very creative.

Very cool Phil! Came out great. I just widened my sketer and can now run the backflip LPs on it

I love my Granite! Bought it in 2017 before it was brushless and converted it. A few months later the BLX came out and I suddenly had 2 Granites…. I’m excited to see this conversion but I had a blast with my Granite at the skate park and on road and never had a issue with it tipping over constantly because I know how to drive. Other than the Redcat MT 10 it is my toughest 10 scale MT. I would suggest for most a half inch or inch wider to really make it perform better and the 4s or proline shock upgrade. Nothing is as tough as the Team Redcat/Redcat MT10 though at the skate park once the servo saver is upgraded.
