I don't always have time to cook so I like to make these for me and my husband 🥰 This is a perfect meal prep solution for on the go. To make it even easier, just use rotisserie chicken 😋

CHICKEN SALAD IN A JAR INGREDIENTS:
For the chicken:
► 1 tsp cayenne pepper
► 1 tsp garlic powder
► 1 tsp parika
► 1 tsp onion powder
► 1 tsp seasoned salt
► 1 tsp dry parsley
► 1 tsp thyme
► 1/2 tsp black pepper
► 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast
► 2 tbsp butter
For the salad:
► 1 tbsp olive oil
► 1 tsp lemon juice
► Black pepper
► Garlic salt
► English cucumbers
► Red onion
► Canned corn
► Cherry tomatoes
► Black beans
► Feta cheese
► Spinach and Spring mix

I have become such a big fan of your channel! I’m half Mexican and I unfortunately lost my dad when I was a kid. After losing my dad I didn’t see his family much so I wasn’t raised around Mexican culture very much. Now as an adult I want to learn to cook authentic Mexican dishes as a way to honor my dad and to feel closer to the culture that I am a part of.
