We dont have millet in our country and i am beginners pet owner who loves birds so much and adore them but the think is i have got to so many pet sotres and the birds there got trauma and fear from human also they most likely be sick and they scam you i am frustrated and right now i am trying to tame a male feral, 3 months cockatiel that is exhausting me with basic like setting near him from time to time aproch gently i even let him step on my fingers and hand but with all that he still traumatised and hesitate also stressed from that pet store and life he lived back then i suggested take em young and raise by hand not from local pet stores

dont give them what you eat. or they'll try too eat your non birb safe plate lmao.( chop it or something so it dont look exactly the same). Tho imo they'll try to taste it anyway bc they're a very curious creatures.
