I've been told that I intimidate both men and women since I was 18 years old. I ignored it for years, but I understand now that it's all based on the energy you radiate. Anyone radiating on a lower frequency than you may be irritated by your light. And like Dr. Sonja said, it's not your fault.

As a woman who is 5 to 1 ratio. The only woman and a minority of men. They find me intimidating cause I bring this no nonsense bullshit to the table. I do the work 3 times what these men bring and they find it intimidating. Cause I don’t have time to play games, as the boss, I show up and get the work done.

It bothers these men’s because I don’t bullshit and if I say I am going to do something I will do it. So don’t test me.
