This design was way ahead of it's time, did not know such sleek design was produced during WW 2. Thank you for bringing this very rare travel home to light, what a piece of history.

I love the whole, Art Deco / Retro-Future / Dieselpunk aesthetic of custom vehicles like this. It also makes me wonder how many of these one-off, Art Deco Motorhomes / Campers there are out there that have yet to be rediscovered . . . ?

Thanks for sharing this with us!

Nice one, after seeing the total loss of the Holland Coach work vans !!!

It’s cool, but since it’s been modified, it is no longer the same vehicle. He destroyed the unicorn instead of straight up restoring it.

Looks like a bulldog 😂😂
I would love to have it

This is really cool! But, unfortunately, once he modded it, the value drops. Why? because it's not original any more, plus he extended it. But it is still way cool no matter how you look at it!

You should make a video on Ed Roth's "Orbitron"

To this pilot, it looks to have MUCH lower drag than the modern offerings, and i bet it shows up in the MPG.

Please lower a little the volume of the intro, It's way louder than other videos with the same settings.

I don’t have an issue with the modification. Making it more usable and road friendly, it’s still a one off but now it is actually useable.

The front looks like Italian 1930s trains

I'm sure if they built something similar now it would sell.

It’s not art deco but streamlined modern.

What was it like before it was desecrated?

Butchery! Should have restored it properly

That rear „wing“ or „fin“ looks stupid & why the modifications, especially elongating it?

If you have a unique gem....
Restore it to its former glory
And... it will be far more valuable and authentic.
A bit sad...
